- Ready products are generally processed within 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Custom-made or bulk orders are manufactured as per client requirements, and dispatch timelines will be shared separately after confirmation.

TAXES AND DUTIES – INDIA
Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian government regulations.
Unless stated otherwise, quotations shared with clients are generally exclusive of applicable taxes.

For international shipments:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies are borne by the recipient
- Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis
- Any customs clearance delays are beyond our control
Our logistics partners may assist with documentation and customs formalities at an additional cost. All such charges must be paid by the recipient to enable delivery.

INSURANCE
We ensure secure packaging and reliable transportation for all shipments.
If you require shipment insurance, it can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.
- Insurance claim details will be shared at the time of dispatch
- In case of damage, claims must be raised directly with the insurance provider
- Customers are advised to record a video during package opening to support insurance claims
You may also choose to insure the shipment independently before dispatch.

- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched

RETURNS
Due to the nature of handcrafted, customized, and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or replacements once an order is placed.
CANCELLATION
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- All return shipping and associated costs shall be borne by the customer
INCORRECT / DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product
Claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted.
